Does anyone else struggle with portion control?
Its definitely something i struggle with.
I have been taking calocurb tablets which are a plant-based supplement that help reduce cravings.
I love the fact they have natural ingredients such as hops, canola seed oil and rosemary leaf.
It is the perfect product to compliment my Fit with Sera Lilly eating plan and exercise regime
1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp 100% peanut butter
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup water
Optional toppings: chopped peanuts and cacao nibs
In a high speed blender, blend the frozen banana, peanut butter, cacao powder and water.
Pour into a glass, and top with chopped peanuts and cacao nibs if desired.
Peanut Butter Cups
Makes 6; Prep 20mins
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder
* 1/4 tsp sea salt
* 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
* 2 1/2 tbsp rice malt syrup or honey
* 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter or PB2 (from Marthas Backyard)
Banana berry Coconut Smoothie
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup coconut milk or coconut water
½ cup Greek yoghurt
½ a banana
Optional toppings: coconut chips and freeze dried strawberries
In a high speed blender, blend the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, greek yoghurt and banana until smooth.
Pour into a glass, and top with coconut chips and strawberries if desired.
¾ cup fresh mango, chopped into small chunks

Squeeze of lime juice
