Chocolate Protein Smoothie Bowl
1/2 Cup almond milk
1 & 1/2 frozen bananas banana
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
5 ice cubes depending on how thick you like it
optional: 1 tsp. honey, 1 tbs peanut butter
1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. If too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add some more ice.
4. Pour into a bowl or a jar and top with your favourite toppings such as: granola, chia seeds, fruit and Enjoy!!
