2nd Day back in the Gym
2nd PT session for the week with Vatani's Strength and Fitness at zenith fitness
Haven't done dead lifts for so long. Got up to 40kgs - need to work slowly back to my over 100kg pb.
Also super proud I held my plank for 1 min 3 sec today..monday I couldn't only get to 30 sec ♡
