Today is one if those days..all triggered by some shitty comment I recieved on Snapchat that sent me into an emotional mess..so it's cleanse tea, watching some pearl openings and then bed time.
Hopefully I wake up feeling better tomorrow. I haven't felt this down in a while so I am hoping I don't stay down as I have been feeling and doing so well. But this is unfortunately PND and I just need to focus on sleep, eating well and exercising
