Easy Oat Cookies
I don't know if you’re anything like me but I love cookies and so do the kids. I hate buying ones filled with rubbish, so I’ve made my own instead. They’re delicious and super-quick.
I made my favourite easy 3 ingredient cookies using the new Harraways Oat-activ® oat singles, which have been designed to specifically help reduce blood cholesterol.
2 Ripe Bananas
1 sachet of Harraway Oat-activ® (original flavour)
White chocolate chips
Mash banana up and add in the oats. Mix and roll into balls.
Press down with a fork and top with a few chocolate chips. Bake on 180 for 15 mins.
Pull out of the oven and let them cool on a rack.
Perfect for school lunches!
